What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement regional strategies to increase market share and grow revenue
- Cultivate relationships with foodservice equipment dealers, rep groups, consultants, and end-users
- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including RFP responses and technical presentations
- Manage and support independent manufacturer's reps to align with brand goals and sales targets
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience in Foodservice/Sales
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Prior culinary or foodservice equipment experience with a proven track record in the industry
- Strong negotiation skills and business/financial acumen
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time domestically and internationally; valid passport and driver's license required

- Familiarity with Auto Quotes (AQ), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and lead generation tools
- Strong understanding of UL/NSF standards, equipment installation, and kitchen workflow
