      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures for outreach staff and volunteers
      - Identify and maintain external partnerships to enhance the outreach program
      - Research, develop, and facilitate content and materials for outreach programming
      - Monitor outreach program budgets and assist with budget spending
      - Deliver educational content to community members and evaluate program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional service or volunteer/education experience
      - Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating youth programs focused on outdoor education
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
      - Proven capability to provide educational programs for diverse backgrounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating and overseeing program budgets
      - Familiarity with standardization of policies and practices related to youth programming
      - Experience in cross-organizational partnerships
      - Background in supervising staff and volunteers
      - Understanding of positive youth development principles as they relate to outdoor education and safety issues
