      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process First Reports of Injuries and interview injured employees
      - Prepare various workers' compensation Board forms and support claims for assigned departments
      - Maintain and track records on workers' compensation claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
      - Review bills, authorize payments, and enter billing information into the database system
      - Conduct research and respond to inquiries regarding workers' compensation issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic knowledge and understanding of human resource functions
      - Experience or training in workers' compensation preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
      - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
      - Familiarity with workers' compensation procedures and practices
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
      - Experience in documenting financial transactions accurately
      - Skills in gathering and analyzing information from multiple data sources
