What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Child Welfare Services partners to develop and implement a Lived Experts Program
- Conduct needs assessments to ensure curriculum aligns with partner requirements
- Manage the development and revision of training curricula for various delivery methods
- Facilitate workforce development deliveries and meetings, ensuring effective communication
- Represent the organization in statewide committees to inform curriculum development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to workforce development or similar projects
- At least one (1) year of experience leading or coordinating programs within the industry
- Strong knowledge of child welfare practices and business culture
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in planning and developing workforce development curricula
- Experience collaborating with public agencies in child welfare, health, or human services
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
