What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and analyze reports on call/web chat arrival patterns and agent performance metrics
- Develop optimal staffing schedules based on volume forecasts and productivity targets
- Monitor real-time agent activities and ensure adherence to schedules
- Conduct systems training for supervisors on workforce tools and best practices
- Identify and recommend improvements in staffing models and project performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. citizenship required; dual citizenship not considered
- Active Public Trust clearance or ability to pass the clearance process
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Workforce Management role in a contact center
- Expertise in call center staffing tools and understanding of staffing models
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines
