What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and provide analytics data on call/web chat arrival patterns and agent efficiency
- Analyze call center reports and agent attendance data using WFM software
- Develop staffing schedules based on volume forecasts to maintain service levels
- Monitor agent performance and escalate concerns to management as needed
- Conduct training for supervisors on workforce tools and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Workforce Management role in a contact center
- Expertise in call center staffing tools and staffing models
