- Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sesions.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunities
- Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations
- Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time (CST) - required
- Spotless/fluent English - non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory)
- Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style
- Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
- Highly disciplined and organized
- All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught

On behalf of WorkforceTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talentedCall Schedulerto engage with existing paying customers proactively.
In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.
