Pay Range

$22-$24 per hour

What you’ll do

As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers and branch team. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations organized and make sure administrative and customer service needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and incoming calls
• Coordinate and support daily dispatch operations
• Assist with account management and customer inquiries
• Handle cash, checks, deposits, and related financial transactions
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with collections and account follow-up
• Enter payments and maintain accurate records
• Complete bank deposit drop-offs
• Provide administrative support to the branch and service team
• Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally

What you bring

• A positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• 1–3 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or high-call-volume environment preferred
