Responsibilities:

  • Principle duties include providing front-desk office reception, routing incoming calls to appropriate parties, effectively organizing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong administrative and customer service background.
  • Must have professionalism and excellent communication skills, PC skills, and demonstrated attention to detail

Education:

  • High School or GED
