About this job
Description:
- Must be motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, including phone, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Provide front desk coverage during evening hours (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Copy, scan, file, and maintain paperwork as needed.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Hours would include some weekends and holidays if/when needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in typing (at least 35 WPM).
- Must have a NY/NJ/CT Driver’s License.
- Must have a clean driver’s record.
- Familiarity and ability with telephone systems.
