As a Receptionist, you will plan and deliver a range of administrative tasks and services to support employees while overseeing the presentation and services of the Tampa office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome company visitors in a professional manner and validate parking cards when applicable.
• Maintain office security by following company procedures and ensure visitors are signed in and have proper badges.
• Distribute incoming mail and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages with carriers.
• Ensure tidiness of meeting rooms, mail room, breakroom, reception, and all other office areas.
• Conduct safety walks around the office.
• Report maintenance issues within the suite by logging repair requests to property management.
• Perform the office services function by monitoring office supplies inventory level, placing new orders, and verifying invoices.
• Ensure office equipment is maintained and applicable leases are negotiated and renewed timely.
• Support the HR team which may include preparing information in Excel or Word documents, ordering business cards, and employee name plates.
• Manage offsite employee parking as well as changes with building parking.
• Support the leadership team with calendar management and document requests.
• Support on-site meetings through catering and supply requests.

Work Environment

The work environment is a professional corporate office located in downtown Tampa, consisting of approximately 40 employees. The office is polished, friendly, and relatively quiet, with low foot traffic and call volume. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 3:30/4:00 pm, depending on the length of the lunch break. This role offers a stable 32-hour workweek with no Fridays, providing an excellent work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to interact regularly with company leadership and management in a beautiful office located on the 38th floor with impressive city and waterfront views. The environment emphasizes customer service, organization, and professional representation of the company.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
