What You'll Do

🚛 Drive a Van or 16'-26' box/straight truck along established collection routes

📍 Service donation bins and complete scheduled stops efficiently

📦 Load, unload, and transport donated items safely

💪 Lift and move items up to 60 lbs.

📝 Track collections using route software and collection logs

🔍 Perform daily vehicle inspections and safety checks

📋 Maintain accurate route, inventory, and collection records

🤝 Represent the organization professionally in the community

🎯 What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of box truck or straight truck driving experience

Clean driving record

Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. throughout the day

Strong time management and reliability

Comfortable working independently

Basic computer/data entry skills

Safety-focused mindset and strong work ethic

🏭 Work Environment

You'll spend most of your day on the road servicing donation locations and transporting collected goods. This is an active, physical position that involves frequent lifting, loading, unloading, and getting in and out of the truck throughout the shift. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45448.00 - $45448.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
