We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Nursing Scheduler to join our skilled nursing facility!

This isn't just about filling shifts or creating schedules. You'll play a critical role in making sure our residents receive the care they deserve and our nursing team has the support they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keeping our team running smoothly! Create, maintain, and adjust nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
• Being the go-to problem solver! Manage call-offs, last-minute schedule changes, and unexpected staffing challenges.
• Making connections! Build positive relationships with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and department leaders.
• Staying one step ahead! Anticipate staffing needs, identify scheduling gaps, and develop solutions before they become problems.
• Keeping everything organized! Track attendance, time-off requests, staffing patterns, and scheduling changes.
• Making a real difference! Help create a supportive, well-organized workplace where employees can focus on what matters most — our residents!

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You...

• Previous experience scheduling in a SNF required.
• Love a challenge and can think quickly on your feet.
• Are incredibly organized and have a knack for managing multiple priorities.
• Have excellent communication skills and know how to work with different personalities.
• Can stay calm, positive, and solution-focused when things get hectic.
• Are dependable, proactive, and take pride in getting things done.
• Have previous scheduling experience, preferably in a nursing home, healthcare facility, or other fast-paced environment.
• Are comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs.
