The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support organizational strategy and business objectives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects involving enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, business transformation, integrations, cybersecurity, and operational improvements.

The Senior IT Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, aligned to business outcomes, and compliant with organizational governance. The role will also coach, motivate, and remove impediments from project teams, cultivate an environment of continuous learning and improvement, organize and lead recurring project ceremonies, support the triage, elevation, and closure of critical project issues, foster collaborative relationships with project teams and stakeholders, and provide frequent and effective communications to project teams and stakeholders. Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.

Senior IT Project Manager Required Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of experience managing IT projects with increasing scope and complexity.
      • 3+ years years of experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
      • 3+ years of experience with IT infrastructure, system integration, cloud technologies, and software development practices.
      • 3+ years of experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
