SUPERVISORY HEALTH SYSTEM SPECIALIST

This position serves as a Supervisory Health System Specialist located within the Health Informatics Service at the VA Saint Louis Medical Center (VASTLMC) in St. Louis, MO. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the first-line supervisor for staff performing User Role Administration Coordination (URAC) and Training Coordinator/URAC duties in direct support of the facility's federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) program.

Duties

The position is responsible for managing the facility's User Role Administration (URA) process and coordinating electronic health record (EHR) access, provisioning, and role/training mapping for all facility staff and trainees in support of the federal EHR modernization program. The position functions as a subject matter resource for supervisors, service line chiefs, and Oracle Health/EHRM stakeholders on matters of user access administration and performs supporting administrative and analytical duties related to health system operations.
