Supply Chain Analyst (Contract)

Help Build a More Resilient Supply Chain

Are you passionate about using data to solve complex supply chain challenges? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where analytics, risk management, and strategic decision-making come together? We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support a critical supply chain risk mitigation program during a temporary employee leave.

In this role, you'll play a key part in protecting business continuity by monitoring supply chain risks, managing strategic inventory reserves, analyzing large datasets, and partnering with cross-functional teams to proactively prevent disruptions before they impact operations. If you enjoy turning data into action and driving meaningful business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted partner across procurement, planning, engineering, and supplier management teams to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure critical materials remain available when they're needed most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess supply chain disruptions, supplier risks, material shortages, transportation delays, and other events that may impact operations.
  • Maintain supplier and risk management data within the Resilinc platform and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate risk mitigation plans with buyers, suppliers, planners, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Support the Strategic Inventory Reserve (SIR) program through inventory reviews, stock rotations, replenishment planning, and reserve inventory management.
  • Analyze procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize critical components.
  • Create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel to support business decisions.
  • Extract and analyze SAP and ERP data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Utilize SQL to query, organize, and analyze large datasets related to inventory, suppliers, and supply chain events.
  • Drive supplier visibility, risk assessment, and business continuity initiatives across the organization.
  • Improve processes, tools, and workflows that enhance overall supply chain resilience.
  • Proactively identify potential supply chain issues and develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Independently manage assigned projects while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, analytics, engineering, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing procurement or inventory data from SAP.
  • Background in supply chain analytics and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with supply chain risk management platforms such as Resilinc or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Denodo or other data virtualization tools.
  • Inventory management experience, including safety stock or reserve inventory concepts.
  • Exposure to supplier risk assessment and business continuity planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Why This Opportunity?

This role offers the chance to make a direct impact within a global organization focused on innovation, intelligent building technologies, automated shading solutions, and advanced lighting controls. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals while helping protect critical operations through data-driven decision-making and proactive risk management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys solving business challenges, influencing stakeholders, and strengthening supply chain performance.

Work Environment

  • Fully Onsite
  • Monday-Friday
  • Standard schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some flexibility
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment
