Technical Business Analyst

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst for their Raleigh, NC location.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process optimization
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive solution delivery
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation

Requirements:

• 11+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong Business Analysis expertise, preferably within Banking & Financial Services
• Techno-functional experience with enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Open Systems architecture
• Working knowledge of Java and Cloud technologies
• Experience with requirements gathering process analysis, user stories, testing support, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preferred Certifications:
• CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification
• Java, Cloud, or Enterprise Platform certifications
• Top 3 Skills:
• Strong Business Analysis expertise (Banking & Finance preferred)
• Techno-functional experience with enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Open Systems architecture
• Years of Experience:
• 10.00 Years of Experience
