About the Role:

Under direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor leads safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations across receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, transportation coordination, railcar and bulk truck activity, and warehouse team leadership. The role supports plant and customer requirements while driving KPIs for safety, quality, cost, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material flow activities to support safe, efficient operations.
• Manage outbound shipment scheduling, carrier coordination, TMS activity, and appointment execution to support on-time customer delivery.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight documentation and ensure shipments meet Kerry, customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage railcar scheduling, unloading coordination, documentation, inventory reconciliation, and safe rail-related warehouse activity.
• Plan labor schedules for warehouse, shipping, and receiving employees to support production, service, and cost objectives.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods through strong warehouse organization, SAP/RF scanning discipline, and timely transactions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and the Plant Controller to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Promote and enforce GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, forklift, and personal safety requirements for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct safety meetings/audits, report incidents, support corrective actions, and ensure forklift inspections and training compliance are maintained.
• Support SAP processes, RF scanning, warehouse transactions, and ongoing system improvements related to warehouse execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance across safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent warehouse leadership experience will be considered.
• Experience with SAP, RF scanning, TMS, warehouse documentation, inventory transactions, railcar operations, and bulk material handling preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse leadership. Food manufacturing and distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SDS, shipping/receiving documents, and related warehouse documentation.

The typical hiring range for this role is $63,600 - $95,400 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements)
