We are currently seeking a talented and skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our exciting projects.

      Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer at PwC Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and aesthetic appeal of our digital products and marketing materials. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and strong design sensibility will help us deliver impactful and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing Professionals, to bring your designs to life and ensure they align with our brand vision and business objectives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Visual Design: Conceptualize and create visually stunning and user-friendly designs for websites, mobile apps, digital advertisements, social media assets, and other digital channels.

      Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity by designing and updating brand elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography, across all digital touchpoints.

      User-Centric Approach: Employ a user-centric design approach, ensuring that all design decisions are backed by user research and insights, with a focus on enhancing usability and accessibility.

      Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design team and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, iterate on designs based on feedback, and ensure on-time delivery of design assets.

      Creative Problem-Solving: Solve design challenges by thinking outside the box and exploring innovative solutions that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand positioning.

      Design Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our design solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.

      Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining design quality and consistency.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
      • 5+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital agency or technology company.
      • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including visual design, branding, and digital marketing materials.
      • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google App Suite and other relevant design tools.
      • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs.
      • Knowledge of current design trends, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with team members.
      • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcomes.
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
      • A passion for creativity, continuous learning, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking digital team.
