      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide proactive support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar and facilitating internal and external meetings
      - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
      - Prepare and edit executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports
      - Serve as the primary administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings and maintaining governance compliance
      - Support strategic initiatives and projects for the CEO, tracking action items for timely completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - 10+ years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably to a CEO or C-suite executive in a large, complex organization
      - Proven experience supporting Board of Directors and interacting with senior leadership
      - Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
