What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accessibility compliance of websites and digital content against WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 standards
- Utilize automated tools, screen readers, and manual testing methods to identify accessibility barriers
- Collaborate with project teams to guide remediation efforts and promote accessibility best practices
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed accessibility test plans and audit reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong mastery of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA compliance
- Extensive experience with accessibility testing tools
- Expertise in automated scans and manual testing techniques, including screen reader and keyboard navigation assessments
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
- At least 2 years of professional experience performing accessibility testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements related to accessibility
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on accessibility initiatives
