What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Account Manager in developing and executing sales and marketing programs for customer accounts
- Coordinate activities and communications among vendors and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical and analytical support to Category Managers by analyzing retailer data
- Implement merchandising activities including new item onboarding and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to address market changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts
- Strong understanding of category management and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel when necessary
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
