  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a liaison between the Plan Sponsor and the employer, ensuring superior customer service
  - Perform member/customer service duties, collaborating directly with members and benefit representatives
  - Respond to inquiries and track issues to resolution, working with various department contacts
  - Educate members on available benefits and programs while promoting consumer tools
  - Attend on-site meetings, Health or Open Enrollment Fairs, and new hire orientations as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Experience in customer service or a related role
  - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  - Proficient in using phone and email for communication
  - Must be available for scheduled work shifts
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior experience in healthcare or insurance-related customer service
  - Familiarity with claims, eligibility, and clinical processes
  - Basic knowledge of health insurance benefits and programs
  - Experience in a remote work environment
  - Demonstrated ability to handle escalated customer issues effectively
