What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, edit, and submit account billing in accordance with customer contract
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices
- Maintain collection activity on current and past due accounts
- Coordinate with facility intake department
- Respond to client inquiries regarding account status
- Resolve account discrepancies and prepare adjustments and refunds
- Follow contract and payer rules and regulations for invoice submission
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Address and report any issues that may impact invoice submission
- Assist with resubmission and review of invoices for past due accounts
- Complete all reports according to schedule
- Collect on all invoices and manage daily workload

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Innovative and able to introduce new ideas
- Motivated by growth opportunities and work-life balance
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
