The Opportunity
Puig USA seeks an energetic, goal-driven Field Sales Account Coordinator to bolster our Sales Team. This role supports Account Executives in optimizing sales and market share within their territory. Your role will involve orchestrating captivating in-store beauty experiences, ensuring retail staff are equipped and scheduled for enhancing customer interactions.
What you'll get to do
Sales & Growth
• Collaborate with Account Executives to exceed financial targets and improve key business drivers.
• Analyze weekly sales performance for continual business enhancement.
• Offer growth-oriented recommendations based on consumer insights.
Relationship Management
• Foster collaborative relationships with Account Executives, Retailers, Brand Ambassadors, and corporate teams.
• Bridge communication between Account Executives and key stakeholders.
• Support and motivate store teams to achieve targets and rankings.
Support Store Teams
• Engage with store teams through selling exercises and education sessions.
• Drive employee engagement, rewards, and incentives for better retail results.
• Manage monthly/weekly schedules for retail employees.
Recruitment & Talent
• Develop local talent pipelines for effective staffing.
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local community.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of talent.
• Organize monthly/weekly schedules for Retail Sales Consultants (RSCs).
In-Store Events
• Execute special events and promotions.
• Collaborate with Retail VM/Store Design Team for visual displays.
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising in line with guidelines.We'd love to meet you if you have
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or CPG industries.
• Experience within the makeup category is a plus.
• Familiarity with North America US Market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong multitasking skills for coordinating in-store events and trainings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and EQ.
• Enthusiasm for beauty and fragrance.
• Self-motivated and independent worker.
• Drive to improve market share for PUIG brands.
• Positive attitude towards challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approx. 50% of the time.Compensation Data
As required by Maryland State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 - $80,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
