- Join client calls for note-taking and assist in gathering materials for meetings and reports
- Help track project timelines and ensure internal deadlines are documented
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to maintain workflow
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
- Previous remote work experience and ability to work PST hours
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving ability
