Offshore Account Delivery Executive Role to own and manage delivery & execution across multiple GBLs and SLs in one of the large accounts in HMD sector within A1. ADE will own CSAT, Revenue and GM ADE will own the Forecast and Execution to the forecast across all the GBLs / SLs. ADE will own the integration of internal and customer governances in Multi GBL / Multi SL engagements to measure, track commitments. ADE will be working with the GBL / SL Delivery Leadership to ensure the customer commitments are delivered. ADE should have the experience of establishing and managing connects with Customer CXO / VP Stakeholders ADE should have the work experience to manage multi geo, multi service line teams. ADE should have the work experience to enable Engineering PODs that deliver specific Product Objectives. ADE with Health and Medical Devices experience will be an added advantage. At least 2 decades of experience in IT industry managing complex multi serviceline and multi geo transformational engagements. Delivery and Project Management P&L Management
