      Location: Easy access to Brussels as a regular commute will be required.

      Role Purpose

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focused Regional Account Director to join JLL’s Work Dynamics business. The successful Regional Account Director will be accountable for JLL’s overall contractual facilities management performance across the account. The role will report into a Group Account Executive for Public Sector

      What this job involves

      • Delivery of total facilities services to the contract requirements
      • Leading a highly experienced team to deliver exceptional customer experience across the region
      • Implementation and governance of effective cost and quality controls
      • Ensure that other SME’s involved with the Account work in full compliance with local company and labour laws, as well as Jones Lang LaSalle global policies and procedures and within the structure detailed for the account.
      • Drive a culture of Safety and Compliance ensuring limited downtime of services
      • Achieve a high level of Client engagement working closely with the client and customers to address service issues promptly
      • Create an environment built on collaboration and trust with your team, clients and customers
      • Provide clear directions, goals and objectives for the account with regular reviews of progress
      • Reward hard work and positive results
      • Understand and articulate the clients goals and objectives dovetailing the account goals for mutual benefits

      Sound like you? To apply you need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

      • Able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering total facilities management solutions; handling complex account structures, running multiple operational FM teams, across multiple locations and countries.
      • Experienced in navigating International Matrix business environments (within EMEA region, or globally)
      • Experienced in handling client and/or firm sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks
      • Experienced in balancing the interests of the client with those of the firm
      • Able to translate client needs into existing or new business growth
      • Able to recognise when to consult the client, versus being the client’s advocate, ally, critic or defender of own service delivery team if needed
      • Experienced in managing an Account P&L
      • Able to understand key technical processes and impact on delivery of services
      • Able to demonstrate true leadership skills with the acumen to manage performance of the delivery team
      • Experienced in management reporting
      • Able to demonstrate strong presentation, interaction and communication skills
      • Able to drive account delivery optimization and continuous improvement/transformation
      • Confident with team/client and uses emotional intelligence in dealing with team/clients
      • Able to bring clarity, perspective, and oversight to account teams
