What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review in your territory
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Conduct sales activities to identify and secure new clients
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong networking skills with established connections in the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting complex technical details
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in account management and client relationship building
- Familiarity with various litigation support services and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with clients effectively
- Previous experience in a remote working environment
- Knowledge of sales reporting tools and methodologies
