What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy and vision for your business
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships within customer organizations
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify and address their business needs
- Manage complex sales processes, collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Advance and close sales opportunities while maintaining an active sales pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7+ years of experience selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of sales excellence and creative problem-solving
- Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS in the High Tech space
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various Adobe teams
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives and navigating large enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with Adobe's Digital Marketing product lines and solutions
- Expertise in managing sales strategies for complex, multi-faceted accounts
- Background in technology partnerships and system integration
- Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and action across diverse teams
