What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level financial executives across cannabis retailers
- Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential of financial products and services
- Stay updated on trends and regulations in the cannabis and financial services sectors
- Identify pain points related to cannabis banking and offer tailored banking solutions
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and relationship management teams to deliver exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services and/or fintech
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize activities around a pipeline of deals
- Understanding of various financial products such as loans, lines of credit, and treasury management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with cannabis banking and compliance issues
- Familiarity with the cannabis industry's regulatory environment
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
- Background in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and hustle
