      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
      - Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
      - Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a robust customer base within a designated territory
      - Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership
      - Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales funnel and report on sales activities and forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
      - Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Outside B2B sales experience
      - 1+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
      - Proven effective negotiating and closing skills
      - Experience with sales force automation tools
