What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Analyze customer needs and recommend wireless solutions, including price plans and services
- Negotiate and close deals with small-sized business accounts
- Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and mentorship
- Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales activities and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Strong task management abilities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Proven track record in effective negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques
