      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Collaborate with various sales positions to achieve company goals and objectives
      - Analyze the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and provide feedback to leadership
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and oncology practices
      - Proven track record of measurable revenue generation in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Excellent oral and verbal communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com for regular utilization in sales processes
      - Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders in a consultative selling process
      - Strong negotiation and customer service skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
