      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales directly to end-users of the company’s products, solutions, and services within a defined territory
      - Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
      - Develop strategic relationships with key healthcare providers and negotiate contract terms
      - Collaborate with internal teams to manage high-level accounts and resolve customer service issues
      - Monitor and report on sales productivity, logging activities into the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4 or more years of relevant sales experience in Business to Business Sales, Account Management, or Healthcare Products
      - Strong understanding of hospital operations and the healthcare supply chain
      - Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems, particularly Salesforce
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the perioperative space
      - Demonstrated ability to create successful sales strategies for products and services
      - Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in coaching and mentoring
      - Advanced skills in financial management, forecasting, and pricing strategies
      - Proficiency in MS Excel and project management skills
