      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales directly to end-users of the company's products, solutions, and services within a defined territory
      - Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to identify, close, and manage sales opportunities
      - Analyze customer needs and ensure timely acknowledgment and address of customer commitments
      - Collaborate with internal teams and manage high-level accounts to identify new sales opportunities
      - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in Business to Business Sales, Account Management, or Healthcare Supply Chain
      - Strong understanding of hospital operations and the healthcare industry
      - Demonstrated knowledge of advanced selling techniques and sales performance metrics
      - Proficiency in CRM software and Account Management software systems (Salesforce)
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the perioperative space or healthcare products
      - Proven ability to profitably manage a portfolio of customer accounts and grow sales
      - Strong leadership and mentoring skills
      - Effective presentation skills for internal and external customers
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressured deadlines
