      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute go-to-market sales within assigned accounts in the East and Central territory
      - Develop and manage pipeline to exceed quota and forecast with accuracy
      - Build trusted relationships with public agencies, engineering firms, and channel partners
      - Collaborate with engineering, customer success, and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions
      - Provide detailed forecasting via Salesforce and maintain accurate opportunity hygiene

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Over five (5) years of sales experience in transportation, infrastructure technology, or public sector SaaS/hardware
      - Proven ability to manage a quota and consistently meet/exceed targets
      - Experience navigating government procurement processes and funding sources
      - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience selling intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic sensors, or analytics software to the public sector
      - Experience with indirect or partner-led sales motions (dealer/distributor model)
      - Strong passion for customer relationships and ability to influence decisions in the public sector
