What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and research potential land opportunities within the PLG customer base and new logos
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels to establish rapport and create sales opportunities
- Understand the unique needs of each prospect and tailor offerings accordingly
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage and update prospect and client information, monitoring the sales pipeline to achieve sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, account development, or account executive
- Ownership mindset with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with tools such as Pocus, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies
- Experience with data-driven decision-making in a sales context
