      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute commercial field sales strategy with targeted oncology customers to drive sales and achieve business objectives
      - Develop strong customer relationships to engage target customers on the employer's portfolio of products
      - Create and implement detailed collaborative strategic plans for customer acquisition and retention
      - Collaborate with internal partners and leadership to ensure successful attainment of company goals
      - Analyze competitive landscape within assigned accounts and provide feedback to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of field-based, account-focused healthcare sales experience, preferably in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - Resides in the territory or within 25 miles of the territory boundary
      - Four-year university degree, preferably in life science, biology, business, or marketing
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
      - Ability to travel frequently (over 50%) throughout the territory as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Experience in revenue generation or quota attainment at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
      - Ability to engage in a consultative selling process and connect client needs with the employer's capabilities
      - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and strategic sales account planning skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
