      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and drive revenue within a specified region or account list
      - Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
      - Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to qualify leads and strategize business opportunities
      - Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic financial plans for customers
      - Effectively manage a sales pipeline and communicate deal statuses to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred
      - 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services or consultative sales
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a sense of accountability
      - Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
      - Understanding of CRM programs, preferably Salesforce
