What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate product value
- Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly sales targets
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Maintain and grow the customer base within a defined territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills
