      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
      - Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of the employer's products and services
      - Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
      - Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and sales meetings
      - Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED
      - 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
      - Outside B2B sales experience
      - Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking
      - Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a commissioned sales environment
      - Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
      - Familiarity with sales force automation tools
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
