      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
      - Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions and demonstrate value
      - Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets
      - Participate in skill development and product training to enhance sales techniques
      - Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned geographic territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED (Required)
      - 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
      - Outside B2B sales experience
      - Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multitasking
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
      - Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
      - Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities
