What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and pursue leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to demonstrate product value
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and mentorship
- Maintain and grow the customer base within assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing superior customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on emotional intelligence and problem-solving
