      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
      - Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to recommend T-Mobile's products
      - Present and close sales deals effectively
      - Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and mentorship
      - Maintain and grow an assigned customer base within a designated territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
      - Experience in outside B2B sales
      - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      - Experience in delivering superior customer service
      - Strong proposal and closing skills with emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
      - Familiarity with sales force automation tools
      - Willingness to travel as needed for the role
