What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Participate in training opportunities and attend sales meetings to enhance skills
- Manage sales funnel and generate reports on sales activities and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
