What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Sell and demonstrate T-Mobile's value by recommending wireless solutions to customers
- Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
- Develop skills in relationship management and participate in product training
- Utilize sales force automation to manage sales funnel and report activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience delivering superior customer service
- Proven effective negotiating and closing skills
- Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities
