      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage retention and expansion of the existing account base through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building
      - Drive strong Net Promoter Scores, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and customer renewals
      - Conduct Quality Business Reviews with customers to maximize their investment in the employer's services
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, coordinating with internal teams to meet their needs
      - Provide accurate weekly forecasts and manage sales quotes and proposals through Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid driver's license
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
      - 5-7 years of relevant work experience in account management or sales
      - Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills
      - Proven ability to meet sales revenue and growth targets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with direct selling and managing customer relationships in the telecommunications industry
      - Strong understanding of technology solutions and digital tools
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
