What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing day-to-day PBM operations
- Manage issue tracking and provide routine updates to clients on outstanding issues
- Develop practical and creative solutions to complex client situations
- Engage appropriate internal or client resources to facilitate issue resolution
- Ensure timely delivery of client requests and adherence to Client Performance Guarantees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or prior account management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Availability for video meetings with reliable attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans
