What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell security services and technology solutions to strategic accounts within a designated territory
- Develop and manage multi-year strategic account management plans for top clients
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, aiming to exceed assigned targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client security needs and establish trusted relationships
- Communicate Optiv's value proposition and manage client satisfaction through regular engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in product or services-based sales, preferably in a technology company
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned quotas and executing territory/account plans
- Experience engaging cross-functional resources effectively
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key executives within assigned accounts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling complex hardware, software, services, and financing solutions to Fortune 1000 clients
- Knowledge of the IT Infrastructure, IT security, and Risk & Compliance markets
- Negotiation experience with a history of exceeding expectations
